What We Need: Brady Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Applications Engineering team in developing high quality software solutions for our external and internal customers. The position is responsible for designing, implementing, and testing customer-facing software for desktop, mobile, and the web. The Senior Software Engineer will leverage existing Brady products and software to customize workflows and automate labeling solutions as well as develop new applications when needed. What You'll Be Doing: + Design, develop, and test customer-facing software applications for desktop, mobile, and web platforms using C#, .NET, Xamarin, and MAUI technologies + Analyze customer needs and requirements to design and implement effective software solutions + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and technical support to ensure successful project delivery + Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. + Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
