We are committed to hiring, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce. **Job Description Summary:** Designs, develops, and implements artificial intelligence systems and applications that can simulate human intelligence processes through the creation and validation of algorithms, neural networks, and other machine learning techniques. **Job Description:** ​ **Responsibilities** + Design, implement and test real-time, data processing and analysis software applications to support the development of critical patient care and business support applications + Work and communicate with a cross disciplinary team of engineers to meet project deadlines and milestones. + Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, product, and internal departments to turn technical/business requirements into solutions. + Solve complex technical challenges related to creating low latency, large-scale systems for exceptional patient care. + Integrate Artificial Intelligence Platform Applications with other application systems and platforms. + Supervise and evaluate AI outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business goals. + Develop and iterate AI proofs-of-concept to test new ideas and hypotheses to efficiently validate and evolve our AI initiatives. + Stay current with the latest AI advancements, research, and industry trends + Document implementation details and project details to share with cross functional teams + Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for seamless integration. **Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements** Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years of experience in application development and maintenance. At least 5 years of experience with developing and writing requirements specification and development. At least 5 years of experience with software programming languages, coding standards. At least 5 years of experience with standard test tools and the testing processes. At least 1-2 years of AIP experience, Palantir experience a plus. Strong MS SQL and T-SQL experience including tuning queries, procedures, triggers etc. Familiar with Java, Python, JavaScript, Golang a plus **Basic Qualifications** Knowledge of technical design process and models. Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, Waterfall) Experience using analytical skills, tools and techniques to investigate information and to draw conclusions. Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below: Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
