Job Description Position Overview Vail Resorts is a premier mountain resort company, leading the way in digital innovation for the ski and mountain recreation industry. We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend services supporting our mobile applications. The role focuses on building scalable microservices architecture in Azure cloud, implementing complex payment processing systems, and modernizing our event-driven architecture. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core Architect and implement complex distributed systems using Azure cloud services Support the migration from Docker to Kubernetes/AKS containerization Develop and optimize event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus Implement secure payment processing capabilities within our mobile applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
