Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership on high-impact projectsFacilitate alignment and clarity across the team on goals, outcomes and timelinesDesign, develop, test, deploy and maintain software

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience5 years of experience in software development3 years of experience with design and architectureEngage in the full software development lifecycle from design to productionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project successProven ability to mentor other engineersProficiency in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications:3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction3 years of experience working in a complex organization involving cross-functional projectsExperience using Java/SpringExperience developing microservicesExperience using Kafka
