Senior Software Engineer (Deal Reporting)

The Deal Reporting team is responsible for building our critical capital partner integrations, as well as services to automate funding processes safely and reliably. We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to help establish Deal Reporting's first international team, and build integrations, services, and testing infrastructure to power the funding of every Affirm loan.

What you'll do

Partner with Product and Capitals Markets teams to understand and implement complex financial structures and integrations. Design and develop core services which will enable safe and auditable scaling of critical business processes. Build robust testing environments to continually evaluate performance and regression. Learn about structured finance including warehouse lending, forward flow, and ABS (Asset Backed Securitization). Automate away complexity and risk.

What we look for

Drive to change consumer financial services for the better. 4+ years of experience as a software engineer preferably with Python Proven experience designing and building complex products. Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with deployment and automated testing frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with Spark, AWS (EC2, ECS, S3), and Kubernetes is a plus. Prior experience with financial systems and capital markets is a plus. Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Grade - N   

Equity Grade - Poland 4        

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. 

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).

POL base pay range per year: 301,000 zł - 401,000 zł
