Senior Software Engineer (Front end / Angular focused)
Job Description:

We develop next-generation technology that directly impacts how our customers accomplish their philanthropic goals.

As a Principal Software Engineer within our technology business unit you will help us take Fidelity Charitable applications to the next level of evolution. The position will require hands-on software development, technical mentoring, cross team collaboration with a diverse and co-located engineering team, and the ability to visualize customer issues as drivers for internal change.

As a member of the team you’ll help us craft and influence creative solutions that meet not only functional, but also performance, scalability and reliability requirements.

 The Expertise You Have

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalentExperience in SCRUM, SAFe, or other agile development processesLove of programming and rock-solid in Java/JavaScript

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
