Primary Responsibilities:

Provide Production support and troubleshooting for Application built on the .NET framework (.NET CORE, REST API, REACT , Node JS) and hosted on Azure cloud Understanding the integration and data exchange between applications Design, develop, and deliver the required software engineering that reduce operational burden by automating complex and repetitive tasks and assist with quality assurance activities Support all technical aspects of DevOps services using Jenkins, Azure devops and Github Actions along with good hands on experience of CI/CD pipelines Review and optimize the security posture of app and infra by ensuring compliance and performance. Support and create the automated infrastructure using Terraform Scripting on Kubernetes environments Works independently under limited supervision Possess skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop application solutions Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills along with excellent in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable). Collaborate with developers and other IT teams , Business Team, Infrastructure team and Stake holders to identify and resolve application issues Monitor application performance using various monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Zabbix, and SQL Monitor Analyze monitoring data to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact application performance Fixing and solutioning Common security vulnerabilities, their causes, and implementations to fix the same Along with good knowledge on Security scanning methodologies and tools (e.g. Whitehat, Webinspect, Pen test) Implement problem management practices to identify recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions Handle incident management, including triaging, prioritizing, and resolving incidents in a timely manner Participate in change management processes by reviewing proposed changes and assessing their impact on applications Provide on-call support, including participating in a rotating on-call schedule, to ensure 24/7 coverage for P1/P2 incidents. Coordinate and facilitate war rooms during critical incidents, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents to identify the underlying causes and prevent recurrence Monitor and manage batch jobs using TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler) or similar scheduling tools Perform regular application maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and upgrades Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and support processes. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to .NET development, SSIS, Azure cloud Good Understanding of Frontend technology like React , Angular Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 7+ years of experience in production Application support and development 7+ years of experience working and supporting (Production support) on multiple layers of technology in Dot Net development, C#, Microservices architecture, Rest APIs , Data Streaming/ Messaging Architecting Solutions and deployments, JSON, Web API  Experience in taking care of Deployments to ensure smooth application Production deployments and well versed with release management processes Working experience on Private cloud, Hybrid Cloud Model, Deep understanding on design principal of Cloud Architecture (preferred AZURE) Working experience on Terraform Scripting and Kubernetes environments Working knowledge on Common security vulnerabilities, their causes and implementations to fix the same Basic knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure App Services and Azure SQL  Security scanning methodologies & tools (e.g., CodeQL, Sonar, HP Fortify, Whitehat, Webinspect). Good in Data Structure, Algorithms and Design Patterns Database. Experience with production support and knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Zabbix, and SQL Monitor Proficiency in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for data integration and transformation Familiarity with problem management, incident management, change management, on-call support, war rooms, RCA for critical incidents Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques for identifying and resolving application issues Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills


Preferred Qualifications:

Azure certified developer  Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as SQL Server, C#, and ASP.NET Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for application deployment and monitoring Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework for service management
