Senior Software Engineer-Salesforce Dev

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and then implement the suitable Salesforce solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce features.

Develop and implement APIs using Salesforce.com web services and other system integrations.E

Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit tests, and best practices.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, or middleware solutions.

Implement automation features such as flows, process builders, and triggers to optimize business processes.

Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, relationship, flows and approval processes.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed applications.

Active participation in all deployment activities of the software development life cycle.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.

Contribute to the documentation of developed applications and maintain code best practices.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

 

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its core functionalities, object-oriented programming concepts using apex and security best practices.

Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) for building user interfaces within Salesforce.

Experience with Salesforce.com web services and other system integration methods.

Experience with Salesforce CLI and deployment processes.

Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in leading the team of salesforce developers.
