R | V Tech is searching for a passionate and skilled Senior Software Engineer to support the Joint Venture Vehicle Data Services and to join our IoT and Streaming Team. This role requires designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, low-latency, robust, scalable, and reliable distributed systems. Responsibilities Manage and optimize low latency telemetry and state API services for real-time data and interactive use cases like mobile apps and dashboards. Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and tools. Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting systems. Design, develop, and deploy distributed systems and applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. Qualifications Office Location Requirement: Ability to work from R | V Tech’s Palo Alto Office at least three days per week is required for this role. On-Call: Participation in a rotating on-call schedule, including occasional weekends, late nights, and holidays, to resolve critical production issues is also required.
