Primary Responsibilities:

Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise engineering staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, ensuring the accuracy and quality of their work Research and Development: Lead R&D projects to develop new designs, products, and processes Coordination: Work closely with other managers and departments to align engineering activities with organizational goals Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

B. Tech./MCA/ M. Tech (Minimum 16 years of formal education ) 10+ years of relevant experience in Java, J2EE technologies Solid Java programming (JDK17) experience Experience in Web services- Restful Experience in using Junit/Spock Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts Very good in development of applications using Spring Core, Spring JDBC, Rest Web services & MySQL DB Good working knowledge in SPRING Framework Sound knowledge of SDLC processes Proficient in use of application servers preferably Jboss  Hands-on with Core Java/ J2ee (Spring, Hibernate, MVC)  Hands-on with any of the IDE (IntelliJ/Eclipse/RAD etc.) Hands-on with Rest based web services  Hands-on with SQL queries and MySQL experience - any RDBMS Good working knowledge in SPRING Framework & Spring MVC

Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of experiences in full stack development Experience working on Spring Boot, RabbitMQ & JBoss  Experience working on Microservices Experience working with the CI/CD and DevOps goal/initiatives Experience in Subversion, GIT & Maven Experience of working in Agile environment  Experience of Code Quality Tools like Sonar, Checkstyle, Findbug Experience of working on DevOps and related toolsets  Experience of healthcare Experience in Subversion/GIT & Maven Testing experience in JUnit/Spock/Groovy Hands-on React & JSP, Good to have: Jquery/ HTML5/CSS
