HPE is looking for a Senior Software Engineering & Test Technical Manager with a solid understanding of complex, large scale systems and experience as a technical leader.  If you are currently leading a technical team and are ready for your next role, then please apply today.

Responsibilities:

As a member of the System Integration Engineering Team, team members are responsible for driving the integration, delivery and validation of all components of the High Performance Compute (HPC) system stack – including compute, storage, network, hardware, and software, in varied configurations. You will be on the front lines of ensuring that the system solutions fulfill and exceed our customer’s demanding requirements for scale, performance, usability, reliability, and manageability.

Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent10+ years of experience in delivery enterprise or at-scale softwareExperience leading or managing software development teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills ability to work successfully in a team environmentExperience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions.Experience in testing system solutions.Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to understand and embrace forms and processes for automated software deliveryPrevious experience with High Performance Computing is a plus

If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $142,500.00 - $327,500.00
