· Perform Requirement analysis or review requirements, gap/impact analysis.
· Implement of automation framework using HP tools.
· Identifying Test Scenarios from the Business Cases.
· Develop and execute automation and Manual test scripts using HP,ALM,HP-UFT,HP-ALM and Sprinter.
· Conduct Integration, Functional, Data Migration and Regression Testing.
· Preparing Test plan/ Test Strategy for Manual and Automation Testing.
· Daily Interact with Offshore team to understand the status, issues,and risks and provide updates in the Work Group sessions.
· Perform Reviews for Test Scripts developed by onshore and offshore resources.
· Coordinate with offshore team and resolving the queries related to automation test scripts and requirements clarifications.
· Assist the team in obtaining the clarifications and inputs required for clear understanding of the requirements.
· Manage day –to-day offshore team activities and Assign offshore team responsibilities/tasks.
· Monitor progress of the sub-team against key milestones and communicates status to project Manager.
· Document identified issues and gaps in support of the gap resolution process.
· Manage on/off-boarding of sub team members.
· Assist the development team in troubleshooting identified defects
· Assist the business analysts in updating design documentation as issues are identified
· Provide knowledge transfer to team members core team
· Support preparation of cut-over/plan and testing.
· Handle the Demos to the users in order to make it successful for Go Live.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science or related or foreign Equivalent
