In this role, you will be supporting hardware & software Integration planning, vehicle software integration defect management, and release management for Ford Motor Company. **What you’ll be able to do:** + Collaborate with all Hardware teams to determine hardware availability schedule and pedigree + Identify risks to program and work with Hardware teams to resolve conflicts + Triage defects resulting from Software integration and lab car testing + Triage defects from testing outside of Software organization such as various vehicle tests, driver mileage accumulation, etc. + Work with different Software domain teams in scheduling defect fixes + Work with Software domain teams to create Release checklist + Drive Software Release gate + Own Release Notes including limitations and workarounds **The minimum requirements we seek:** + 5+ years of experience and B.S. or M.S in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering or relevant work experience as a technical program manager in automotive software space. + Experience working on vehicle software integration with Automotive hardware and vehicle teams + Experience in Defect Management + Experience in Release Management + Experience with Agile Methodology, CI/CD + Excellent written and verbal communication skills **What you’ll receive in return:** _As part of the Ford family, you’ll enjoy excellent compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous PTO, retirement, savings and stock investment plans, incentive compensation and much more.
