Senior Solution Architect

Location: US Remote - We are not currently accepting applications from residents of NY, CO, CA and WA for this role

Responsibilities:

Customer facing role to gather and define business requirements, design & document the planning solutions. Deliver best solutions to drive maximum value for customers on both application and technical front. Understand client’s requirements and provide best practice solution options. Analyzing data, identifying process/systems issues, forming hypotheses and solution approaches Conduct functional & day-in-a-life of planner testing for functionality Coordinate with the leads during design, config phases of the project and with other team members for cross application design across multiple supply chain functions Ability to clearly communicate the working of applications to the customer and keep continuous and clear communication with the customer during various phases of the project. Assist during the implementation, QA and UAT phases. Technical bent of mind including SQL. ETL & System integration Works with all levels of customer, e2open associates and staff support functions in developing specifications, analyzing user requirements, testing and developing solutions as necessary. Maintains direct communication between the customer, project director, project team and other global e2open associates as required Provides guidance, feedback & coaching to functional project team members Contributes significantly to the growth of the functional consulting practice by developing / maintaining practice aids, databases, best-practice collateral. Detail oriented with strong communication skills Implements succession planning, as appropriate, to ensure continuity within the project Involve in full SDLC

Required skills: 

Highly motivated Individual who take pride in implementation of best of breed Supply Planning Solution including Sales & Operation Planning, Demand Planning Helps validate and produce appropriate functional components of project plan & works with appropriate parties to plan project resources. Contributes significantly to the growth of the functional consulting practice by developing / maintaining practice aids, databases, best-practice collateral. Delivers training to clients (both functional & technical audiences) to enable them to administer and support the E2open applications Relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning Applications; Demand Planning & S&OP; Fair Technical knowledge in RDBMS Ability to resolve complex problems and to manage customer expectations with regards to technical / functional issues Strong design, analytical and problem-solving skills Coordination with global Project Manager & Customers Excellent presentation, organization and communication skills Open to travel APICS Certification will be a plus
