Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure. The main responsibilities include: Troubleshooting complex issues. Respond and resolve escalations with utmost priority. Understanding Client needs and address issues with a possible workaround and then mitigating them. Identify gaps in support and come up solutions to bridge those gaps. Drive key KPIs along with the team and ensure success. Determine process improvement, if any. Understand future roadmap of the product and marry it with support requirement. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
