DNA is a business analytics platform designed to help Sourcing Managers, Executives and Business Unit leaders make data-informed decisions by streamlining data analysis and reporting for the business. It includes multiple modules that expose Spend, Contract, and Supplier data in an aggregated manner which allows users to have visibility of these 3 dimensions across the company.

Roles & Responsibilities: This position is for a product manager role in the DNA team, where you will:

Specify the components and their interactions that comprise the End-to-End Integrated ArchitectureWork with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define high-value solutionsDetermine the primary components and subsystems and analyze technical trade-offsDefine a shared technical and architectural vision focused on creating technical alignment for the full Solution rather than concerns for specific componentsWork with product stakeholders, users, Enterprise Architects, Engineers and development teams to align the architectural directionEstablish incremental implementation strategy and technical foundation for the architectural runwayAbstraction and generalization to preserve architectural flexibilityEnsure that common technology, design practices, and infrastructure are used when applicableHave ownership over product optimization and featuresDrive product features through their entire creative cycle (ideation, specification, development, release, analysis and iteration)Establish the product vision and strategy for your product areaBuild alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and leadershipPerform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideasPartner with product designers to ensure a simple and delightful user experience in our productsWork with engineers to help guide feature developmentPerform experiment analysis on features and find opportunities for optimizationDefine key performance indicators that drive company goals and achieve them.

Experience and Skills:

3+ years product experienceAbility to apply user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisionsAn instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiencesDemonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, and innovativeExperience leading projects and teamsStrong communication skillsA desire to make the world a better place through technology and data

Our Senior Solution Architect Supply Chain earn between $130,700.00 - $196,100.00 USD Annual in Dallas, TX, and Bedminster, NJ. Our Senior Solution Architect Supply Chain earn between $116,700.00 - $175,100 USD Annual in Atlanta, GA. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
