About the Team The Solutions Consulting team at Eightfold delivers spectacular interactions and experiences with our prospects, customers, and partners. In a fast-paced environment, we focus on continuous learning, outstanding performance, and results. We work with companies and organisations across the globe in a variety of industries. We have a very close relationship with our Engineering and Product teams and are encouraged to build long-term relationships within our network of customers. We will consider applicants with HR/TA practitioner experience if they are willing to move into a career in Solutions Consulting. About the Role What you will do: + Work with our Sales Team and Account Executives to consult with customers and define, measure, and execute functional and technical sales discussions + Discover, identify, and present to prospects and customers how our solutions can transform and future proof current business processes + Create and lead demonstrations and workshops to cultivate a deep understanding of our market-leading solution + Provide technical and functional guidance during the sales process to the sales team and potential customers and ensure consistent deal execution and closure + Influence our product strategy by effectively communicating feedback from customers and prospects, as well as working with the product team to develop new product features + Lead the design and delivery of solutions for prospects and customers + Maintain customer relationships pre and post-sale through continuous support + Communicate the technology vision to business leaders + Represent our company at marketing events, industry trade shows, and panels What we need: + A desire to fix employment and be part of an awesome team + A strong focus on helping customers define and achieve success + Exceptional communication and technical skills + An affinity for the startup space, AI technology, and a desire to own, build, and grow both yourself, your team, and the entire organisation + Customer facing experience + Solutions Consulting/Sales Engineering experience + Experience in Talent Intelligence, Human Capital Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management + Experience with demo automation software is a plus + Exceptional presentation skills in German and English We are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
