The Senior Geospatial Solutions Consultant will utilize extensive knowledge in the geospatial technology industry to support clients in assessing GIS Projects. This position will lead a variety of GIS analysis, GIS application development, GIS system implementation, data migration, and GIS data development efforts providing guidance to GIS specialists and GIS technicians. The Senior Geospatial Solutions Consultant will assist with business development efforts by supporting project pursuits and helping to develop new business opportunities.

Lead execution of geospatial and GIS consulting engagements while supporting and collaborating with both internal and external project teams.Lead development and design of technical solutions creating corresponding cost estimates.Provide technical leadership for GIS system implementations and GIS system integrations.Lead the development of technical specifications, and project approaches, and develop project cost estimates and project schedules.Perform quality assurance and quality control of deliverables to adhere to client and project requirements.Lead development of GIS system needs, requirements, and implementation of improved business processes.Maintain effective relationships with existing and potential clients, customers, and contractors to develop business.Demonstrate industry knowledge and its relevance to the application of GIS.Leverage domain knowledge when working with cross-divisional teams.Provide leadership and direction for implementation teams during delivery stages specific to GIS technology.Manage innovation initiatives through research, vetting, and qualifying technology in support of new GIS technology.Manage the execution of projects from initiation to completion through requirements gathering, application and business process inputs, and deliverable preparation.Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced staff.Responsible for QA/QC process adherence.Responsible for compliance with company and site safety policies.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards
