About The Role
The Senior Value & Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in the continued success of Kyriba by combining deep treasury expertise, consultative sales skills, and value-based business case development. This role will collaborate with current and prospective clients in the region to explore, justify, and realize business value from Enterprise Liquidity Management initiatives while demonstrating Kyriba’s treasury technology solutions.
Working closely with corporate Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Payments, and Risk Management departments, the Senior Value & Solutions Engineer will consult on strategic investments, transformation initiatives, and modernization efforts. This role will leverage proven quantitative methodologies to articulate business value while also engaging in pre-sales activities to secure new business. The position requires a mix of thought leadership, change management, and technical acumen to drive Kyriba’s market leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead business case development and value-based consulting for current and prospective clients within the region.
Develop and deliver strategic product demonstrations to illustrate the benefits of Kyriba’s solutions.
Collaborate with Sales teams to support pre-sales activities, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and tailor communications to client needs.
Promote new thinking about Enterprise Liquidity Management (Treasury, Risk Management, Payments, and Working Capital Management) and collaboratively develop cases for change.
Enhance existing value-engineering tools and methodologies while contributing new intellectual property.
Partner with Professional Services and Client Success teams to refine value messaging using benchmarks and historical business case data.
Represent Kyriba at conferences, seminars, and client engagements, acting as a thought leader in treasury technology.
Stay current on market trends, competitive differentiators, and evolving business needs in corporate finance.
Provide feedback to Product Management on client requirements, product gaps, and market opportunities.
Support Sales Enablement initiatives, including training for new hires and ongoing sales education.
Lead value realization and value monitoring efforts for strategic customers.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; MBA preferred.
5-10 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Treasury Technology, or related domains.
Experience in Value Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Enterprise Software sales preferred.
Deep understanding of corporate cash & liquidity management, financial risk management (FX and interest rate hedging), and treasury technology solutions.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to understand and articulate business value through strategic case development.
Experience with strategic cases for change successfully delivered to Fortune 500 companies.
Ability to translate technical and business concepts to varied audiences, including executives.
Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales and consulting environment.
Willingness to travel (approximately 25-50%) for client engagements and industry events.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
