Kforce has a client in Denver, CO that is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect. The duration of contract is 01/01/25 to 06/30/25. This is a remote role, with no preference for location within the US. Overview: The selected candidate will be assigned to projects that involve a major application or set of applications. Working across the enterprise, the Senior Solution Architect will work to interpret business requirements into detailed specification documents and research and recommend technical solutions that can be applied to business problems. This will require collaboration with other functional groups across the State and presenting to business executives. Primary Responsibilities: * Perform a wide range of highly technical and advisory duties associated with the design, implementation, and support of Applications solutions * Provide technology leadership by architecting, prototyping, researching, recommending, documenting, and assisting in implementing and evaluating technical solutions * Review the accuracy of the release notes and technical documentation through collaboration with the applications development areas * Coordinate and monitor technologies for planning, data modeling, integration planning and availability measurement * Work with the staff to implement appropriate application security controls across all applications development areas * Work with staff to establish standards and disciplined techniques for technical activities like creating new code, restructuring existing code, and maintaining version control and security * Develop estimates of the teamwork effort needed to deliver application solutions based on the project specifications provided; Report progress to management and project managers as requested * Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews * Act as a work lead for translating business objectives and requirements into functional solutions
