Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Job Description
The Senior Sourcing Analyst will be part of our Center of Excellence for procurement operations. Role will initially support the Sourcing Teams. Position will manage Procurement and Sourcing tools for: eRFX, Savings Tracking (including dashboard creation), and Spend Analytics. You will work directly with members of Sourcing, Information Security, Diversity, Sustainability, and other internal teams. Fantastic opportunity for exposure to multiple areas of the business as this role supports all the 3 Cox Divisions: CAI, CCI, and CEI. Must have demonstrated experience in analytics, exposure to sourcing, project management, and miscellaneous Sourcing and/or Procurement tools. Position can help identify savings opportunities, showcase areas of improvement, and help drive the overall strategy for sourcing events.
Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop templates for category specific contracts, vendor management, and RFx.Summary of RFX results – including heavy analytics. Tell a story with data, there is a heavy focus on analytics. Bias towards creating clean, powerful, user-focused visualizations.Project management ensuring communications are handled in a timely manner. Manage vendor Q&A for Sourcing Events.Closely collaborate with members of the Sourcing Team to run eRFX, create scorecards, and develop best practices for savings tracking.Have a deep understanding of our internal customers’ businesses and their objectives to develop strategies that meet their current and future needs.Provide Project Plans via PowerPoint to communicate status of events at various levels.Work closely with Sourcing Leadership to provide ad-hoc reporting for Executive meetings.Ability to communicate and partner effectively with technical and non-technical teams.Qualifications
Minimum
BA/BS degree with 4 years of experience required in related field (i.e. Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Strategic Sourcing, etc.); MS degree and 2+ years of experience required, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.Requires strong knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).RFx experience required.Excellent negotiating and influencing skills through written or verbal communication with specific experience in management reporting and executive presentations and skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.Solid analytic capabilities required. Understanding and demonstrated use of E-Sourcing tools.Preferred
BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Finance/Accounting, Business Management, Human Resources, Operations or a related discipline. Master’s degree a plus.Experience in telecommunications industry desired.Experience in IT Sourcing is desired.Top 5 consulting experience a plus.Benefits
