**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES** **主要职责:** + Identify, assess and develop new suppliers in Best Cost Country locations for key strategic categories (electronics, metals, plastics, textiles etc.) supporting Stryker’s Global manufacturing network. + Lead and implement insourcing opportunities across China manufacturing sites, delivering savings, supply chain efficiencies and speed to market. + Manage sourcing teams at China locations for 3 manufacturing sites + Identify and ensure delivery of cost saving initiatives meeting and exceeding annual PPV targets + Develop and optimize sourcing strategies to support new product introductions + Manage and develop supply base by building strategic relationships supporting Stryker business across divisions and categories for Asia based suppliers + Optimize procurement team structure to support both manufacturing operations and strategic initiatives equally + Member of plant leadership team representing plant sourcing and Global Procurement. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** **管理职责:** + Manage 2 sourcing teams at 2 China locations managing budgets, KPIs, supplier performance. + Create and monitor function KPIs focusing on continuous improvement of team and supplier performance. + Lead and work with team to set annual performance goals and regular reviews, drive KPIs, supplier performance. **REQUIRED SKILL SET** **岗位技能：** + Fluent English, both spoken and written + Excellent communication/presentation and negotiation skills + Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills + Strong people management skills with a passion for talent development + Ability to manage competing priorities in matrix environment. + Frequent travels to 2 company sites and suppliers as required **RELEVANT EXPERIENCE** **经验要求：** + > 10 years of sourcing/procurement experience, > 3 years at sourcing management role, leading diverse teams + MNC experience preferred, Med Tech a distinct advantage. + Industry knowledge of key categories such as metals (stainless steel, titanium, components), plastics, textiles and others. + Knowledge and skills in current technologies and applications, e.g. MS Office Suite, ERPs + Proven track record of leadership and team-building skills **EDUCATION** **教育背景：** + Bachelors or masters degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering or a related field required.
