This role is responsible for contributing to and managing several hundred million dollars in annual spend spanning across hundreds of suppliers of varying sourcing categories with dynamic market landscapes, including sourcing exciting new technologies.
As the Senior Sourcing Manager, you are responsible for creating and maintaining collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders. You will build a strong understanding of business requirements and priorities, then work cross-functionally to develop and execute sourcing strategies that achieve stakeholder and business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support business needs and projects across indirect categories including marketing, sales functions, contact centers, software, hosting, and cloud. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors. Lead sourcing engagements by partnering with stakeholders to define business requirements, identify potential suppliers, determine suppliers wants, conduct negotiations, and execute contracts that ensure successful delivery of high value outcomes are realized. Manage, analyze, and drive strategic sourcing and supply chain projects and initiatives to include all aspects of strategic sourcing processes that highly impact the business, deliver the best value, and drive process improvement for ADT. Manage sourcing bid events (RFP/RFI) and administer sourcing related tools and sourcing processes. Perform bid proposal analysis, comparison, and overall suppliers’ solution, services, and technology evaluation. Make recommendations for final supplier selection, influence business owners’ sourcing decisions, and obtain business stakeholders buy in. Deliver on supplier relationship and performance management strategies in alignment with Vendor Management team to support supplier performance reviews that highlight success and failure with supplier operational deliverables and execution. Provide consultative thought leadership on new and innovative ways of creating improved work flow, scale, and outcomes of the Indirect Sourcing.Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree, with MBA or Master’s degree in supply chain management, procurement, technology, operation management, or a technical field, with seven years of progressive work experience in Strategic Sourcing and/or Vendor Management. Advanced certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM, CPSC, PMP) preferred. Deep understanding of category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management principles and application. Advanced financial analytical skills and experience in enhancing value through negotiations. Strategic orientation, inquisitive, comfortable with ambiguity, and self-motivated to identify trends and improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives and strategic plans. Ability to build effective relationships, influence peers and key stakeholders, and built consensus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to the given audience and present information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to extract key themes, determine root causes, develop creative solutions, and craft concise messages. Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask in a flexible, fast-paced and challenging environment. Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.Location:
This role can be based from either one of our three of office locations including: Our headquarters in Boca Raton Florida, Irving, TX and Brisbane CA, and requires to be onsite three days a week. The other two days are remote, offering the flexibility you need while still engaging in meaningful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
