\nThe Ideal Candidate:
\n\nA driven leader with at least two (2) years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in a hotel setting.\nExperience managing union staff is a plus.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills.\nA passion for delivering excellence in guest service and team member engagement. \n\nShift Pattern: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

\n\nWhat will you be doing?
\nAs the Executive Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Food & Beverage departments. You will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the culinary operations for all three food and beverage outlets, managing both front and back-of-house teams, including servers, runners, bartenders, market attendants, culinarians, and stewards. You will also work closely with F&B leadership on menu development, labor management, purchasing, and cost control to ensure high standards of food quality, guest service, and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
\n\nAssist the Executive Chef & Beverage Team in the direction and oversight of culinary operations, including food preparation, quality control, and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.\nManage and develop team member performance, including supervision, training, scheduling, and recognition of team members across all F&B outlets.\nMenu development for banquets, special themes, and events, focusing on current food trends and regional preferences.\nSupport the management of food costs, purchasing, and processing invoices to maintain profitability.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards at the federal, state, and company levels.\nCollaborate with the F&B leadership on policies, procedures, and cost control measures to enhance the overall guest experience. #LI-AT3\n\nWhat are we looking for?
