Job location: Hybrid (Ewing, NJ / Home Office)

Job Summary: 

This role is responsible for supporting the Americas sales team by providing resources and tactical support to meet defined business goals and accelerate growth of the Animal Nutrition portfolio in the Americas.  The candidate will need to effectively engage and collaborate with both team members and customers, while having the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.  This position reports to the Associate V.P., Animal Nutrition-Americas.

Business Support and Sales Enablement Responsibilities:

Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to execute strategies and support activities that enhance sales productivity and drive business growth.

Be the conduit between the Americas Sales team and internal functions such as Customer Service, Credit, Regulatory, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations to help resolve operational challenges and communicate to the Sales team.

Provide training and support to Americas sales teams on internal procedures and best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all teams.

Coordinate processes for international business for the Americas, overseeing various aspects such as distribution logistics and customer support to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.

Knowledge of credit management best practices and the ability to collaborate with Credit & Finance teams to ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and suppliers, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to contractual agreements.

Prepare regular reports and analysis on Americas business performance, key metrics, and market trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in a related field or the equivalent.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience with sales enablement activities.

Have a problem-solving and commercial mindset.

Capacity to plan, lead, and execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Understanding of how daily activities can impact financials metrics.  Possesses pride in contributing to corporate objectives.

Has a sense of urgency and the ability to motivate others in cross functional teams to deliver on objectives and deadlines.

Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while delivering quality results.

Ability to suggest proactive corrective actions/solutions as well as deal with ambiguity and change.

Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines with limited supervision.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
