About the Role & Team:
This role is responsible for creating and delivering digital assets to Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer Services, including but not limited to Disney+ and Disney+ Hotstar. The role oversees servicing orders for both Disney-owned and third-party acquired titles, encompassing catalog and current episodic, feature, and short-form content. The team collaborates with various internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure that assets are localized, processed, packaged, and delivered at the highest quality and on time for the services. The individual must possess relevant experience in content production, localization, mastering, and digital distribution. Additionally, when new employees join the team, they will conduct business training, and when Distribution Operations (DO) work processes change, they will coordinate the vendor training schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Raise accurate and timely orders to commission the creation and delivery of audio, video, timed text, descriptive metadata, and creative assets for specific titles across multiple languages, ensuring creative consistency and cost control.

Liaise with internal colleagues and clients to plan schedules that align with the license start date, broadcast schedule, or first availability date.

Research and export metadata documentation and poster art/thumbnails from various Disney systems, ensuring accurate data entry into Disney systems.

Collaborate with content teams and third-party licensors/distributors to acquire assets required for processing.

Raise accurate and timely purchase/work orders, process vendor invoices, and resolve invoice queries.

Provide schedules to partner vendors and control the logistical flow by monitoring and tracking assets and production movements, ensuring end-to-end workflow efficiency for timely platform delivery.

Address rejections and recall notifications, updating and replacing materials as needed.

Resolve metadata integrity issues across stakeholders.

Update and maintain records to reflect the current delivery status of materials and specifications.

Maintain and update dubbing scripts and subtitling file databases.

Coordinate with the Library team and other production teams to ensure all assets are registered and stored correctly.

Track operational issues, investigate problems, and provide solutions.

Ensure that documentation of all standard operational procedures is kept up to date and continuously reviewed for improvements.

Provide business support for the manager and associate manager in executing all Distribution Operations (DO) tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a television or media company.

Strong experience in content localization, production, mastering, and digital distribution.

Ideally holds a bachelor’s degree or has equivalent qualifications.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Korean.

Prior client servicing experience preferred.

Strong ability to prioritize effectively and adopt a flexible approach to tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate relevant information in a clear and timely manner.

Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with external vendors.
