Senior Specialist, Events Planning & Professional Affairs

We are proud to offer you our total rewards package which includes bonuses, healthcare, insurance benefits, retirement programs, wellness programs, as well as service and performance awards – not to mention various social and recreational activities, all of which are location specific. **What You Will Do:** + Regularly work with sales teams, product managers, and event owners to review, plan, and execute events, ensuring alignment with Franchise and Compliance strategies. + Oversee end-to-end event coordination, including contract management, HCP compliance processes, and adherence to GDPR, MedTech Code, and other legal frameworks. + Conduct regular reviews of processes and tools to ensure compliance with updated regulations and policies while maintaining alignment with divisional and country requirements. + Effectively manage suppliers, HCP contracts, and event payments, ensuring timely booking of flights, hotels, and other logistics. + Lead divisional needs assessments, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and efficiency. + Build and maintain relationships with business units, compliance, finance, and other functions to achieve key activities at local and cross-divisional levels. + Ensure implementation of SOX, FCPA, and quality policies while managing CAPS contract creation and compliance with HCP consultant activities. + Utilize virtual event platforms, manage administrative duties, and complete GRT work for TPEC and Educational Grant requests as required. **What You Need** **Required:** + 2+ year’s previous event management experience or project planning + Ability to work out of standard working hours to meet the event requirements + Confidence with virtual event platforms and their features + Working knowledge of GDPR regulations **Preferred:** + Fluent in local language and English, strong Excel skills, and experience with CAPS contract management system and MedTech Europe Compliance. + Proven background in event management, project planning, and work in a Medical Device company, with effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities. + Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities, drive innovation, and develop creative solutions to meet business objectives. + Excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to managing complex projects and workloads.
