1- Partner with line manager and HR leaders on Staffing, on/off boarding, HR programs planning and implementation
2- Provide HR services to all staff and ensure understanding of HR policies and procedures, maintain good labor relations, provide counselling services, alert management for any employee issues
3- HR data and info management, analysis, compiling, summary and providing.
4- Ensure compliance on labor laws, HR policies and procedures
1- Master's degree is required. Major in Business, Human Resources or MS
2- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in HR, 3+ C&B or BP experience are preferred.
3- Strong full functional background and generalist and/or specialist experience in C&B and staffing expertise.
4- Strong knowledge of human resources policies, practices, and procedures, labor laws and governmental regulatory compliance.
5- Knowledge of HR trends and practices within the industry and geographical location
