As our Senior Specialist of Leadership Communications, you'll be at the heart of WBA and Walgreens strategic initiatives and events, crafting compelling messages that resonate with team members and other key stakeholders, including customers and patients. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our business goals are clearly, consistently and effectively communicated through our leaders, and you will be an important part of the team that creates and amplifies our leaders' messages.

Job ResponsibilitiesStrategic Messaging and Communications: Support the Leadership Communications team in developing and implementing compelling, multi-channel communication strategies that align with business goals and effectively engage target audiences.Data-Driven Insights: Gather and analyze feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership communications, summarizing findings into actionable reports that inform strategic planning.Strategic Conference Planning: Identify, assess, and manage opportunities for executive participation at conferences, ensuring seamless coordination across the organization and with communications teams.Additional Leadership Communications Support: Create and coordinate essential materials to support leadership and business initiatives, including toolkits, social media content, presentations and talking points.About Walgreens
