As a Senior Specialist in the Plus Model, you will support the team that's helping hotels consistently grow market share and outperform competitors. On the Sales and Lead Management team reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work on projects including assisting hotels, hosting regular sales calls, managing sales leads, and producing revenue with proficiency and strategy through qualification and closing sales for hotels, via several group and transient lead sources.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nAssist hotels in handling incoming leads with proficiency and strategy that leads to improving overall hotel financial profitability and growing the RevPAR Index (market share) for each hotel in a portfolio of properties.\nCoordinate customer specifications (including room, food & beverage and meeting space requirements) via the identified lead management system. Enter and maintain a pertinent account and booking information following defined standards.\nPrioritize leads based on group sales strategy and factors affecting group rates, availability, and value.\nDiscuss contracts and commission agreements with end-user customers and intermediaries.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\n\nEngage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureau, and Intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business for the Hotel.\nEngage with Revenue Management Partners to establish a selling strategy and related guidelines.\nEngage Hilton Worldwide Sales and Hilton Legal to support the contracting process when needed.\nPartner with RM Enablement to assist in upskilling Lead Specialists\nCollaborate with LMS Sales Managers to assist in PTO coverage support of higher models as part of career development.\n\n\nWhat deliverables you will take ownership of:
\n\nHost regular sales calls with your hotel teams, providing strategic insight, market discussion, and real-time updates on existing opportunities, culminating in detailed meeting minutes.\nInitiate the preparation of proposals and contracts for hotel guestrooms and meeting spaces, including availability and pricing.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nOne (1) year of hospitality sales experience\nUnderstanding of sales and catering techniques, as well as event services\nExperience with data storytelling and conducting professional presentations to stakeholders\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
