Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Marketing Senior Specialist – Regional Marketing Strategy will support GTM Strategy leadership in driving targeted penetration and revenue growth within our residential service areas including new build households, expansion and grant-funded areas. This role will adapt strategies for different technology layers, such as next-generation Fixed Wireless. Additionally, the specialist will assist in developing and executing localized marketing programs and activations to drive connection volumes. Key responsibilities include leveraging local market traits, digital equity opportunities, and lower-funnel tools (consideration and interest) to support regional Field Sales teams.
What You’ll Do
Support the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by executing field and local program promotions and campaigns for Cox’s residential line of business.Coordinate the development of strategy, planning, priority setting, and processes for both enterprise-level and regional/local marketing and communication initiatives.Collaborate with teams such as Customer Experience, Field Sales (including Cox Communities), Go-To-Market Strategy, Digital Marketing & Social Media, Analytics, Pricing, and Competitive Intelligence to refine the Growth GTM strategy, programs, and content.Monitor and manage the implementation of plans and programs aimed at achieving both current-year and rolling 12-month financial objectives through localized approaches.Contribute to evaluating statistical methods used for attributing and tracking the impact of marketing efforts on both micro and macro levels, guiding adjustments and alternative approaches to increase consumer interest and engagement in lower-funnel activities.What’s In It For You

Who You Are
Minimum
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related fieldRequires strong knowledge of Microsoft storytelling and analysis tools such as PowerPoint & Excel. Additional knowledge and familiarity with Decision Support tools such as Consumer Insights reports, Syndicate Research data and analysis is required.Excellent communication, decision making, leadership, presentation and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.Preferred
MS degree + 2 years of experience preferred in a related discipline (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.); OR Ph.D + up to 1 years of experience in a related discipline (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.).Broadband, Telecommunications, Entertainment or other Business to Consumer facing fields is strongly preferred.*CCI employees will receive priority screening
