Senior Specialist, Standards and Approvals
Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Approvals Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the approval process for Switches and Valves with various regulatory bodies and certification organizations worldwide. This role requires understanding of relevant safety and regulatory standards, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

Support the approval process for internally manufactured products like Pressure and Temperature Switches and Valves portfolio, through collaboration with engineering, product management, quality, segment approval department and other relevant teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant international and regional safety and regulatory standards (e.g., RoHS, ATEX, UL, Drinking Water Approvals, Marine Approvals  etc.). Track the status of approvals and certifications and ensure timely completion of all required certifications. Maintain accurate records of all approvals and certifications. Develop mitigation strategies and evaluate the risk due to regulatory changes or modifications. Coordinate internally the audits performed by certification bodies. Other activities related to certifications, like maintenance of Manufacturer Declarations. Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Refrigeration and A/C or HVAC industry. Understanding of relevant safety and regulatory standards Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multinational environment Fluent technical English Employee Benefits
