Job DescriptionAs a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Operations at Pilot Company, you will serve as a strategic partner in optimizing recruiting systems and enhancing talent acquisition strategies. Your deep expertise will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring tools, systems, and processes while managing critical vendor relationships. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison for marketing/branding agencies, job board partners, and other external partners, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and enhanced collaboration.Execute complex hiring campaigns with minimal oversight, including developing comprehensive timelines, managing resources, and tracking key performance indicators.Provide strategic insights on business trends and hiring challenges to strengthen partnerships within the talent team and cross-functional stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement of Pilot's recruiting systems, including advanced ATS customization and integration of sourcing tools.Identify and analyze recruiting market trends, recommending data-driven solutions and process improvements to leadership.Lead the optimization of digital media and programmatic job advertising strategies, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign effectiveness.Partner with internal marketing and brand teams to develop sophisticated strategies for enhancing our recruiting presence across all channels.Design and implement advanced reporting systems to track, analyze, and interpret complex recruiting performance metrics.Proactively identify and implement industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.Serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment operations, providing guidance to team members and stakeholders.Lead specialized project workstreams to support strategic talent acquisition initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or a similar role, with demonstrated progression in responsibility.Advanced understanding of recruiting systems and technology stack integration.Expert-level analytical skills with proficiency in creating complex data visualizations and dashboards.Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and contribute to contract negotiations.Strong business acumen with ability to identify trends and discrepancies in recruitment data.Understanding of digital media and programmatic job advertising principles and best practices.Advanced project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives.Superior communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.Experience with social media strategy and content optimization for recruitment.Additional Information#LI-ET1
