The Global Patient Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting training initiatives for internal team members, external partners for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) Clinical and Commercial Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell Therapies. This role partners with multiple functions within Global Patient Operations to create and revise training materials and lead training. This role will also manage and support the new hire onboarding process for Global Patient Operations.

Partner with Patient Operations leadership to create and provide effective, efficient, and relevant learning content used to educate cross functional global partners.
Partner with Patient Operations leadership to develop and maintain materials used to educate cross functional partners including but not limited to Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Clinical Operations, Commercial Operations, Medical, Legal and Supply Chain on Patient Operations roles and responsibilities.
Maintain and evolve the Apheresis Collection Training programs for all regions, ensuring customer learning needs are met while maintaining compliance to collection procedures.
Train and Qualify Global patient Operations instructors and ensure Global BMS Train the trainer program procedures are followed.
Ensure new hires are onboard and trained effectively.
Responsible for developing SOPs & documents, as assigned (Owner/Editor/Reviewer/Approver in document management system)
Supports setting KPIs for the Learning and Developing Training team and provides input for process improvements.
Lead and own multiple projects (complex, strategic, cross-functional), as assigned.
Support software releases to meet project timelines.

Position reports to Associate Director of Global Patient Operations Capabilities (GPOC)
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Education, or related field
Required minimum 3-5 years of learning and development experience.
Expertise in adult learning principles
Experience building content and leading training sessions in a variety of locations, and with remote virtual learning environments.
Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SmartSheet.
Proficient in training software such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
Prefer minimum 1 year of experience in a regulated environment.
Experience with Quality Document Management Systems and Learning management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and Teams.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: specifically: InDesign. Preferred: Adobe photoshop.
This position requires up to 10% of travel

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $82,000 - $102,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the geographic location where work is performed.
