Senior Specialist, Transformation (Senior Business Analyst)

Reporting to Head of Transformation - Global Operations, the Senior Specialist, Transformation Programs will help to manage projects under the AI & Automation Portfolio. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the financial health and success of our Transformation projects by effectively reporting on financial status, tracking benefits, project KPIs and assisting to develop accurate estimates for business casing.  

Position Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams to analyze and report on the financial status of projects under Global OperationsTrack and monitor benefits realized and contribute to the development of benefits tracking mechanismsHelp develop detailed estimates to support argumentation and decision-makingCollaborate closely with project managers and team members to align financial information and various other non-financial metrics with project objectives and achievementsContribute to the development and maintenance of financial reporting processes and toolsSupport the Portfolio Oversight & Reporting team in providing financial insights and advice to project teams to drive effective financial management and decision-makingSchedule and attend meetings with project partners to discuss financial status, benefits tracking, and cost estimation for ongoing and upcoming projectsPrepare updates and reports for leadership on the financial status and cost estimates of Transformation projectsExtract actuals from financial systems and analyze data to provide insights for forecasting costs and benefits realizationCollaborate with project teams, Global Program Manager & Portfolio Oversight & Reporting team to support decision-making by financial analysisConsume information from teams and update internal project reporting tools with accurate initiative information, financial data and analysis

 Required Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience in project finance, financial reporting, and cost/benefit estimationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management toolsExcellent comprehension, analytical and decision-making skills. Highly organized and ability to multi-taskExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with consistent track record to engage with partners in a large, multi-national enterprise contextFamiliarity with project management methodologies and toolsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountabilityExperience working on large scale digital transformation programs will be a big plus – preferably with a dynamic global team

Salary range is expected to be between

$71,925.00 CAD - $119,875.00 CAD
