Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating complex and escalated client request related to payment and deposit services that our submitted by our Branch and Line of Business Partners and ensuring timely resolution. You will also track and identify emerging trends, provide insights, and collaborate with our Line of Business partners to provide regular reporting and help optimize processes.
Essential Job Duties
Administering complex procedures, analysis, tasks and reporting while receiving no instructions for filing, recording, processing, servicing, recording, and/or organization of documentation associated with a product or processReviews and ensures proper documentation or procedures are used for complex activities and also checks the work of less experienced employeesThis role covers a combination of staff within the areas of credit cards, retail banking, small business banking, consumer lending, mortgage banking, collections, recovery, origination, or auto finance and cover a broad range of responsibilities and dutiesIdentifies and resolves Complex issues that do not have established guidelines. May provides service in relation complex billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints from customersIndividual at this level uses independence of thought to solve complex problems and is seen as an expert by others while contributing to workflow or process change and redesign, and to form a strong basic understanding of the specific product or processAccountable for complex reporting and analysis requestsOrganizes, records, process, services the production of various activities of the teamDelivers subject-matter expertise to internal customers and colleaguesRecommend and implements programs to solve complex issuesIs fully proficient in duties and works under limited to no supervisionSeen as a subject matter expert across the line of businessOther duties as assignedRequired and/or Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience preferred with a strong knowledge of the businessHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferredWorks well with others in a fully developed work team environmentOpen minded and adaptable to new ideas in a changing environmentExcellent customer service skillsProven excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated leadership skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAnalytical, research and problem resolution skillsProficient in 10-Key, able to perform with a high degree of speed and accuracy.Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applicationsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsComplex understanding of accounting principlesComplex understanding of banking policies, procedures, government regulationsComplex understanding of loan documentationProven ability to handle all monetary/ processing functions independentlyAdvanced knowledge/experience in multiple payment delivery channels; OLDS, Lockbox, ACH, wiresAdvanced knowledge of banking policies, procedures and governmental regulationsAbility to perform complex scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance functionsProven ability to handle high transaction volumes accuratelyAbility to meet production goalsProven ability to handle all customer service inquires and diffuse difficult customer situations independentlyMay train or assist in training new staffAbility to work with minimal supervision in decision makingExcellent customer service skills.Exceptional attention to detail.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $24 to $25 per hour depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
