Strive for first call resolution by understanding and addressing customer needs effectively. + Responsible for attracting, guiding, and facilitating the enrollment of new students, members, or clients, which may involve outreach, application processing, providing information about programs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth transition into the program, often collaborating with other departments to achieve enrollment goals. + Respond to all emails and phone messages within the same day they are received. + Provide solutions to customer inquiries and document resolutions accurately in the internal ticketing system. + Complete assigned tickets in the internal ticketing system (ServiceNow) and update customer files using Focus, LMS, Xtender, and other relevant systems. + Assist department leaders with projects and assignments, including conducting research and contributing ideas for process improvements.
