SAP Cloud Application Services leads customers to run their business through Cloud Adoption, Managed Operations, and Continuous Innovation.

 

Simplifying management of customer SAP cloud solutions Handle day-to-day operations and improvement of customer application landscape with hands-on expertise Boost consumption of continuous innovation and enable clean core with SAP accountability Drive more value from SAP solutions by linking solution expertise with detailed customer knowledge

 

Cloud Application Services Delivery Center EMEA MEE belongs to Adoption Services Center (ASC) focusing on Application Services for customers. We provide SLA-based, company-specific post-implementation-support, optimization, and improvements in the run phase for SAP solutions. Customers rely on 24/7 SAP expertise for all application related functional, security, development, and integration topics. 

 

We are looking for a (Senior) Specialist f/m/d for S/4 HANA HCM for Cloud Application Services Delivery Center EMEA MEE. 

 

Your tasks are as follows:

Understand customer’s requirements and provide solutions  Implement changes in alignment with business processes & solution architecture  Analyze and resolve application incidents  Plan and perform maintenance of customer systems  Identify potential improvements Optimize business processes and help customers adopt Best Practices Drive innovation by identifying optimization opportunities Working on smaller projects during operations phase Address customer challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner Guide and monitor partner resources Support the development of new services and methodologies 

 

 

 

What you bring 

 

 

Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Equivalent Degree with a minimum of 6 years work experience Excellent verbal and written language skills both in German and English are a must have Experience of key methodologies for efficient maintenance and operation of SAP applications  Knowledge and profound experience in the areas of Payroll for country version Germany  HR Administration  Strong understanding of business processes Good understanding of architecture, functionality, integration API and configurations from HCM  Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions Experience in other HCM components and / or SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll and Integration with HCM for S/4HANA are beneficial Ability to work effectively as a team member of a global team  Excellent organizational and planning skills Ability to establish solid working relationships with customers Strong networking and communication capabilities Strong analytical skills, results-oriented and effectiveness in problem-solving  Goal-oriented: starts, drives, and accomplishes tasks with little direction Ability to present complex information to customers and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner Professional communication and social interaction ABAP programming skills would be great but not mandatory
