AT&T has an opening for a Senior Specialist Network Project Manager to support the Light House Program, in providing 24X7X365 facility operations **Job Duties/Responsibilities:** + This position is of a small team that supports our customer to ensure readiness, reliability, and survivability of facilities during times of emergency or crisis such as natural disasters, and national emergencies. + The Candidate will be primarily responsible for operating and maintaining the facility Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and maintaining individual training and certification records for facility operations. This will include the following duties, + Maintain all equipment logs, operating logs, and O&M manuals + Maintain all vendor POC’s for afterhours and during normal operating hours service calls + Maintain all Facility SOP’s + Ensure O&M manuals are available to ensure PM’S are performed properly + Perform random quality control inspections of all equipment + Ensure CMMS training material is available, and all personnel are properly trained. + Maintain property records, critical systems, equipment status, PM, project tracking and documentation + System shall be continually maintained and updated so that the data is always up to date and available upon customer request + Maintain critical spares parts and listing for facility critical equipment + Ensure compliance of all federal, state, and local environmental laws + Coordinate all HAZMAT/HAZWASTE pick up and deliveries + Perform duties as system administrator and liaison for the Building Maintenance System (BMS) + Maintain certifications in all stations required by the customer + Maintain records of project progression and update weekly reports, and monthly PMR slides accordingly. + Create, submit, and track project RFCs, and Proposals in a timely manner. + Solicit Vendors for bids to support Projects and Proposals in a timely manner. + Responsible for completing updates to record drawings and ensuring all red line drawings are kept current. + Maintain individual training records and certifications in First Aid/CPR/AED, forklift, Operator/Facility operations and respiratory protection program. + Maintain program specific certifications and stand watch on shift if needed to maintain shift manning requirements. **Required Clearance** TS SCI (#tssci) **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum 5 years’ experience with computerized maintenance management systems. + Use of Microsoft operation systems, i.e., Access, Power Point, Word, and Excel spreadsheets. Experience in hands on facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical systems, building automation systems and security operations are required. Candidate must possess experience in preventive maintenance practices and a proven ability to troubleshoot facilities maintenance issues. + Experience keeping records and processing written documents of high-level importance, in a grammatically correct, accurate, and presentable manner. **Desired Qualifications** Candidate must be comfortable working in a team setting, possess good verbal communication and computer word processing skills and display a track record of high-quality work. Previous experience using HAZMAT equipment or performing HAZMAT operations is a plus. Degree or equivalent experience in database systems and programming is highly desired. Possess experience using AutoCAD or ability to learn. Our Senior Specialist Network Project Manager's earn between $69,000 – $149,000.
