Senior Specialist Payroll Operations

In this capacity, you will act as a subject matter expert with knowledge in all areas of payroll operations activities and an understanding of the gross-to-net pay process. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To collect, verify, and enter payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. to process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local law and company policies. To serve as a liaison between Payroll Operations partners and the business unit customers to understand and address their requirements. To create payroll adjustments to correct balances, hours, earnings, taxes, etc. To identify and report unknown/unresolved errors as soon as possible to mitigate the risk of impact on productivity and/or the employee experience To perform regression testing for recurring patches/updates to the payroll system functionality based on assigned test scripts, knowledge, and experiences To ensure accurate and timely payments to employees on the payroll, which includes multiple states, multiple pay frequencies, and multiple legal entities To update employee records and interact with third parties for payments and information relating to expats and international commuters.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, or related courses. 3-5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with US payroll in a multi-division, multi-state environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Teams. Ability to understand tax laws and setup to ensure proper taxation on paychecks.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Experience with Oracle applications is a plus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas and analytics.
