Senior Specialist Sourcing
Job Summary:

Responsible for providing moderately complex coordination of programs, information and data of moderate difficulty.  Requires judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations with an understanding of the implications of the work.  Provides professional, accurate, and timely support, contributing to team and department objectives; impact is short-term and departmental or team-based in scope.  Normally receives limited instructions on daily work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments.   May review and ensure regulatory compliance. Works under general supervision and has understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of tasks.

Job Responsibilities :Creates periodic reports and ad hoc reports as required by the business.  May maintain data bases and information in systems used by the business.  May gather documentation, statements and reports regarding specific issues.Verifies information to ensure efficiency and timeliness.  Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and to reduce costs.Provides advanced coordination to moderately complex programs and may also ensure regulatory compliance.Identifies moderately complex problems, issues and concerns and develops and communicates potential solutions to leadership for approval and implementation.  Provides professional, accurate, and timely support, contributing to team and departmental objectives.Builds productive internal/external working relationships to work collaboratively. Shares knowledge with the team. Communicates with internal and external stakeholders as needed.May perform scheduling and routing duties as required.Uses applications such as Microsoft office to complete work assignments.Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.Reviews, monitors, tracks and evaluates information and reports to assure accuracy and compliance.May perform reconciliations of accounts.About Walgreens and WBA
