**The Opportunity**
This is a high-profile position that reports to the Manager of Strategic Alliances. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and project management skills, be able to work collaboratively across the organization and be able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who perform well in fast-paced environments and are comfortable tackling ambiguous challenges. This individual will need to possess a strong attention to detail.
**The Work Itself**
* Evaluating the performance of Ally Insurance’s diversified insurance portfolio and reporting results to leadership
* Actively monitor the Strategic Alliances portfolio in conjunction with transaction partners, BL Risk & IRM
* Developing strategies with internal and external stakeholders to support portfolio growth and profitability
* Evaluating potential strategic initiatives, including both qualitative and quantitative factors
* Develop key learnings and best practices that can be used across business lines
* Acting as a key participant in cross-functional working groups responsible for implementing new product strategies and onboarding new strategic partnerships
**The Skills You Bring**
* Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred but not required
* 2+ years total work experience required, 3+ years preferred. Relevant experience in insurance and/or corporate strategy experience preferred
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Self-starter with a high level of accountability
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Strategic thinker with the desire to tackle ambiguous challenges
* Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
* Ability to effectively interact and build relationships across the organization
* Ability to travel as-needed
* Team player

An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
