Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a **Senior Specialty Software Engineer** in Charlotte, NC.
**Job Role and Responsibility:**
Work with Requirement Analysis and Estimation which involves interaction with various stakeholders including Business teams. Work with Archer Audit Management Solution implementation and Enhancements incorporation. Drive UAT and Production support where various product issues will be addressed in periodic releases. Build and Release Management ie., deploying the solutions in various environments. Work with Archer Platform Upgrade which involves server side management. Drive Products sanity and health checks on a regular basis using self-build tools. Mentoring peers on various topics which helps growing the team. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

**Required Qualifications** :
**Degree required:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related technical field.
**Amount and type of experience required:** 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.
**Specific skills required:**
+ 8 years of experience analyzing requirements and designing new solutions for application;
+ 5 years of experience with Archer 5.2 or above and GRC Archer ecosystem/platform;
+ 5 years of experience with Archer core solutions and data feed setups;
+ 3 years of experience with on-demand application development experience in Archer;
+ 3 years of Archer experience using RSA Archer development, App builder, Form design, Advanced workflows, Calculated fields and Data driven events;
+ 3 years of experience in Agile methodology and agile development teams;
+ Experience in back office functionality that includes, Access controls, Management reporting, integration, Workspaces and Dashboard;
+ Experience with Governance Risk and Compliance/Risk management/Audit management domain;
+ Experience in preparing artifacts: FSD, BRD, Build and Release management; and
+ Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
