We are looking for a Senior Specialty Underwriter to join our Management Liability team! This key role will focus on new business production for private and nonprofit D&O/EPL with our retail agency partners. A typical day will include the following + Determine acceptability, conditions, and pricing of accounts within PHLY appetite and authority level. + Maintain and develop relationships with assigned agency partners + Monitor loss experience and business conditions of key accounts + Participate on a team of underwriters and other staff to meet the service needs of large multi-product customers. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge products and target markets in the management liability line of business segment. + Market products to Agency partners within assigned territory. This role will also occasionally accompany PHLY Marketing Representatives to meetings when product expertise is needed.
