We are partnered with a financial investment company to help build their database & data engineering team. You will be partnered closely with software development & application teams to provide development, engineering, and database management. This is a primarily SQL development and SQL Server position.
The core responsibilities of this position involve writing and modifying SQL queries, ETL processed, and maintaining a SQL Server Database. (ex. handling production database backups). You will be responsible for database & view design & implementation, security, performance & monitoring, backup/recovery, user access management, and general maintenance/debugging. You should also be comfortable with core SQL development: writing, modifying, and optimizing queries, T-SQL, stored procedures, views, etc.
This is an on-site position in Fort Worth, TX.
