Here’s just some of what you’ll do as Sr. Staff Architect: + Establish Finance technology and platform strategy and roadmaps + Drive the right architectural decisions for owned and integrated platforms + Guide the application solutions architecture for Finance platforms deployed on Google Cloud + Guide the solutions architecture for Finance data domains and data products + Guide adoption of unified roadmaps, architecture oversight and design, adoption of enterprise architecture standards and frameworks + Guide global engineering teams that utilize modern software engineering practices and Agile development methodologies + Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional development and contributing to the overall success of the team + Develop and maintain strong business partner relationships **Qualifications** Are you up for the challenge? Here’s what you should have: + 10 years of large-scale technology engineering and team management in a complex environment + Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field a plus + Software engineering expertise with ability to architect and engineer solutions leveraging modern tech stacks, APIs, and design patterns + Experience with cloud platforms (e.g.: AWS, Azure, GCP) and Big Data technologies (e.g.: Hadoop, Spark) is a plus + Knowledge of data architecture patterns and data management best practices. + Proficiency in cross-platform integration and security between multi-SaaS cloud and internal heterogeneous environments + Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability, with a demonstrated aptitude for driving innovation and delivering impactful results in a dynamic environment + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization **Qualifications** Salary Range: $170,000.00 to $255,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
