LOCATION:                            168 Third Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451

TITLE:                                    Senior Staff HR Analyst

HOURS:                                  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES:                                 •           Serve as the dedicated HR Insights and Analytics Partner supporting the operational and strategic business objectives of the company;
•           Lead projects involving quantitative and qualitative studies, statistical and analytical modeling, exploratory, prescriptive, and predictive analysis using large sets of structured and unstructured data, bringing together talent data with cross-functional and external data sources;
•           Translate data into visually compelling stories; 
•           Match operational and strategic business needs to analytical methodologies or technological solutions;
•           Build the analytical capability of HR business partners as a trusted mentor, consultant, and trainer that specializes in identifying drivers, trends, and proactive opportunities found in data;
•           Maintain integrity and strict confidentiality to protect employee data privacy.

Travel: Up to 30% domestic or international travel required. Can work remotely or telecommute.                                                                                                                                   

REQUIREMENTS:                  MINIMUM Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Data Analytics or a related field of study. MINIMUM Experience Requirement:             Five years of experience as a senior human resources analyst or related experience.
Alternative Education and Experience Requirement:  Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Data Analytics, or a related field of study plus 3 years of experience as a senior human resources analyst or related experience.  

Required knowledge or experience with: 
•           Leadership agility within a large, global, highly matrixed organization; 
•           Demonstrable ability to navigate through high degrees of organizational change due to incredible growth;
•           Data visualization and analysis tools, Power BI or Tableau;
•           Microsoft Excel; 
•           Technical capabilities in data wrangling, analytical techniques, internal and external benchmarking data extraction using various tools such as Python, Dataflows, Power Query or similar tools;
•           Presentation skills with the capability to effectively communicate complex concepts in senior executive settings.
