Inpria, a subsidiary of JSR Corporation, has an immediate opening for a Senior Staff Lithography Engineer based in Corvallis, OR. We seek an enthusiastic and conscientious candidate to join our diverse and talented R&D team as we extend the limits of EUV Lithography. This position carries responsibilities for analyzing lithographic data, communicating ongoing material development progress with customers, and coordinating experiments with chemists and engineers to guide photoresist development and support customer needs. Primary Responsibilities
• Execute established data analysis protocols to parameterize and intelligently summarize large lithographic data sets
• Support the customer team in achieving material performance targets at customer sites and communicating material development progress to customers directly
• Communicate internal experiment results clearly and regularly in support of R&D and customer-specific application goals
• Coordinate and design effective on-wafer experiments with the R&D Chemistry team in Corvallis and the Applications team at IMEC
• Develop new metrology workflows to better elucidate material differences and guide strategic decision-making on specific applications
• Respond dynamically to customer needs and emerging applications
• Other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications
• M.S or Ph.D. in chemistry, physics, materials science, engineering, or related discipline
• Demonstrated photolithography and wafer-handling experience
• Active and effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment with lab and fab personnel
• Knowledge of fab logistics, track and scanner operation strongly preferred
• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is a plus
• Semiconductors or thin films knowledge and experience in a research setting is a plus
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test
Physical Demands
• Ability to wear standard PPE in areas that require it
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods
• Physical ability to use keyboard and mouse for computer data analysis and presentation
• Expected international travel estimated ~10%, occurring bi-monthly for approximately 1-1.5 weeks at a time
• Ability to remotely attend meetings on international customer schedules
