Launch your new career at Hughes and seize the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the industry. **Responsibilities:** + Manage the contract deliverables for multiple accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction + Oversee activities and plans associated with solution deployment and operation + Serve as an escalation point for problems that impact multiple sites + Communicate with customers to review overall program status + Manage business relationships with customers while seeking new opportunities for growth of the business through the discovery of new opportunities based on customer needs **Basic Requirements:** + Bachelor of Science degree or combination of education and experience + 6+ years of experience in Program Coordination + 5+ years of industry experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Capable of working independently + Understanding of broadband networking technologies + Skilled in Program/Project Management techniques.
