Summary: Coordinates and prioritizes work assignments daily for sterilization and distribution of instruments and equipment used throughout the hospital; assures assignments are completed in a timely manner.

Salary range is $43,768 - $53,708 which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.”

Qualifications:Required Education and Experience

Certification Requirement
1. Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) from IAHCSMM (International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management); or
2. Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) from the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD); or
3. An equivalent certification from a nationally accredited central service technician credentialing organization recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in Sterile Processing.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
